At Live It Learn It, we spent the summer updating our curricula to align closely with DCPS units, building out donor engagement and long-term organizational strategies, cultivating our anti-bias anti-racist principles, and spending quality time with one another outside our work days (truly a gift!).

We anticipate this new school year will be one for the books – and we are so excited that you are a part of it with us! As you’ll read in The Progress Report, we have many exciting updates to share with you. From new faces to new partnerships, the fall is brimming with possibilities! Despite an ongoing pandemic throughout School Year 21-22, we adapted our programming model to always be as accessible as possible for our partners. We provided 154 experiential learning opportunities to 11 schools, 73 teachers, and over 1500 students this past year.

Truly, it has been a productive year, and I so appreciate you for walking alongside us during these exciting and also unexpected times.
